Until the age of 12, Harris, her mother and sister, lived in an upstairs apartment on Bancroft Way in Berkely.[3] The flatlands area was home to a robust middle-class at the time that has been displaced through gentrification.
When she was 12 her mother moved to Montreal where she was a renowned breast cancer researcher at McGill University.[4]
Trump on the other hand, raised by a family of privilege, grew up in a 4,158 square foot mansion at 85-14 Midland Parkway in the Jamaica Estates neighbor in Queens.[7] The home was built in 1930 and was palatial by the standards of the time.
